KPH Healthcare Services, Inc. Sales Intern, Specialty Pharmacy in Syracuse, New York
Overview
Scope of Responsibilities: Works with Regional Managers and Sales Director to manage key provider accounts and other sales operation tasks.
Job Summary: Supports the sales efforts of Noble Health Services and to improve key account relationships by distributing and implementing sales materials, advertising campaigns, and building relationships with healthcare providers. Limited role of sales performance tracking and account performance management will require data analysis.
Responsibilities
Job Duties:
Assist in management of key healthcare provider accounts
Responsible for tracking referral and business from accounts to accurately gauge market share and office approval rating
Assist in the development of sales territories and alignments in growing markets using tools like Excel and other advanced analysis platforms
Assist with sales operational needs and logistics
Complete weekly report to review how effective sales calls were when compared to sales metrics
Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations to maintain a corporate social responsibility as well as strengthen the company’s public perception
Perform analysis of customer surveys to enhance sales efforts to local physician offices
Provide Noble Health Services/Kinney Drugs community related content for web site and print ads as appropriate
Perform general secretarial and office duties including typing, filing, faxing, photocopying and mailing
Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Attendance Requirements:
- Must be available, and on-time for scheduled work shifts
Education:
- Preferred: Associates Degree or higher
Experience:
- Preferred: 2-3 or more years previous experience in related position
Special Conditions of Employment:
Drug test
Initial and continuous exclusion and sanction/disciplinary monitoring
Any and all additional eligibility requirements based on the specific position
Required Training:
HIPPA Privacy Course
HIPPA Security Course
Job Skills Required:
Strong PC skills required including knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of Products
Strong interpersonal skills for developing and managing key accounts
Sales, Marketing, or Finance background preferred

Compensation
$18.00-18.50 per hour.
The final offer will be determined after careful consideration of multiple factors such as relevant skills, years of experience,and education.
