Position Summary

As a Marketing Product Machines Intern , you will be integral to Nespresso’s marketing team, providing support to Product Managers during the launch of innovative products, including coffee machines and milk devices. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in product marketing.

A Day in the Life of a Marketing Product Machines Intern

Collaborate with Product Managers

  • Support in translating consumer insights into machine concepts, assisting in the creation of product briefs that outline functionalities, limited editions, market positioning, aesthetic parameters, and target cost/price.

Trend Analysis

  • Help with research and analysis of market trends and competitive highlights to provide insights for product development.

Consumer Surveys

  • Assist in the organization and execution of consumer surveys to gather feedback. Contribute to analyzing survey results with relevant teams and help in preparing briefs that define target countries and collaboration with the Insights team.

Product Support

  • Provide support to Product Managers on various product-related tasks, including the development of packaging, user manuals, quick start guides, stickers, and other assets (such as packshots and how-to videos). Assist in managing translations with different markets.

Cross-Department Coordination

  • Assist Product Managers in coordinating with various departments, including Connectivity, Development, Commercial, and Communication, to facilitate product development and launch activities.

What will make you successful

  • Student or fresh graduate in Marketing, business, or a related field

  • Brief experience in managing product portfolios, including size and business performance, is plus

  • Initial experience in project management within a corporate or academic setting.

  • Strong interest in high-end FMCG retail brands and sustainability, along with eagerness to learn about household appliances and market trends.

  • Natural leadership skills, resilience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, demonstrating a passion for precision in work.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to express ideas clearly and concisely.

  • Good command of PowerBi and Excel a plus
