GoTo Customer Payment Support Intern (German Speaker) in Hungary
Job Description
Exciting opportunity for an Intern looking to join a dynamic SaaS Company. This role assists with the collection of outstanding receivables through proactive, outbound communication with customers. This outbound effort, in turn, drives inbound customer calls & emails which are promptly addressed by this role. In addition to making customers aware of outstanding receivables, this position also identifies & solves payment delays by facilitating payment & connecting internally with business partners to answer customer inquiries & close the loop on any disputes.
Your Day to Day
As a Customer Payment Support Intern we are expecting you to have
Strong computer (PC) skills, good knowledge in Excel
Strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
Great organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
Expert project management and organizational skills
An ambitious individual seeking a challenging role in high growth dynamic tech company
Highly motivated & determined individual with excellent communication skills
Full-time, active student status at a Hungarian university
Fluency in English and German
Being able to work 25-30hours/week
What We’re Looking For
As a Customer Payment Support Intern, your background will look like
Prior experience working in accounts receivable, or finance is a plus
Experience with a high-transactional-volume customer facing team is a plus
Experience using a collection software, SalesForce & NetSuite is a plus
