GPU Programming For 3D Ligand-Based Methods

We are looking for a scientific software developer to work on 3D ligand-based methods accelerated with GPUs. This work builds on OpenEye’s leading FastROCS technology for shape similarity search.

    What you’ll do:

  • Work on challenging problems and help find practical solutions that advance the field of computational drug discovery

  • Collaborate with great colleagues within OpenEye and the broader pharmaceutical industry on developing new methods, tools, and solutions

    What you should have:

  • 2+ years in an undergraduate Computer Science B.S. program

  • Intermediate C++ programming experience

  • Basic CUDA programming experience

    The following are a PLUS, but not required:

  • Advanced C++ or CUDA programming experience

  • Experience with NVIDIA Nsight Systems and CUDA Graphs
