Job Description

Our team specializes in understanding SMEs in targeted regions, focusing on specific areas within the payment industry, decision-making processes, and KPI-driven strategies. Committed to innovation, we explore and refine new or rejuvenated product launches, customizing solutions to suite the unique demands of each geography.

Responsibilities

• Learn the SME Businesses in selected geography to understand the specific area: i.e. online payments, decision process, KPI-like thinking

• Investigate & develop new/refresh of product launch in selected geography

• Support dedicated team-member to execute a project – “shadow” a senior team member and provide stand-alone business tasks

Basic qualifications:

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (Business, Technology, Science, banking) with a target completion date of May 2025/2026

• Desire to acquire solid understanding of financial and payments market

• Ability to start graduate program on 1s July 2024

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• English skills B2

• English CV required for application

Preferred qualifications:

• Excel and PowerPoint (basic/intermediate level)

• Effective time management and work organization

• Ability to build relationships.

• Additional Language: German / Swedish / Norwegian / Danish

Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract 12 weeks.

The role offers a hybrid / flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
