Job Description:

• To provide procurement support to managers on all purchasing, logistics and material

related matters, including but not limited purchasing, supply chain, sourcing, cost, price

analyses and contract/purchase order generation.

• As a facilitator on team dashboard tracking, team meeting actions follow up.

• To prepare material for review with product group, facilities and leader.

• Research information and develop suppliers' long term business plans with buyers

and category manager based on price, delivery and quality.

• Contributes to increased efficiency of procurement activities by recommending

improved tools and processes and works with Information Services on system changes/

enhancements.

• Supplier survey per SRS team alert events.

Qualifications:

• Current university student or recent college graduate, experience or degree preferred

major: E&E, Supply Chain, International Business and Trade etc.

• Good communication skills.

• Good command of written/spoken English

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Excellent teammate, with positive attitude and desire to learn.

• Working time: min. 3-4 days a week，4 months above preferred.
