What does Master Internship@IBM CIC offer you?
The Master@IBM program offers a unique opportunity to combine professional work experience with a part-time master's degree at a university of your choice in Switzerland. This 2-3 year program provides hands-on experience in consulting within the insurance industry, a competitive salary, and the chance to write your master's thesis in collaboration with IBM.
Who Should Apply:
Students who have completed or will complete their bachelor's degree and plan to start a master's program in 2025. Preferred work start date is May 2025.
Preferred fields of study: STEM or Business Administration with a technical focus.
Fluent in both English and German or French.
Strong interpersonal skills, proactive work ethic, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in data analysis and project management.
Strong presentation skills and adaptability in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
Your main tasks will be:
General support the IBM Consulting General Manager, which means:
preparing internal and external presentations for meetings
managing the IBM Consulting Switzerland communication
preparing internal meetings support weekly business cadence calls
analyzing data and provide insight and recommendations
supporting the IBM Consulting Switzerland General Manager in ad-hoc projects
coordinating and supporting internal and external events
managing and maintaining website content in WordPress
The main requirements are:
Fluent in English and German or French (verbal and in writing)
Excellent Microsoft Office user (PowerPoint, Excel)
Proficiency in WordPress, Canva, Monday and Adobe Firefly or other AI creative tools
Self-driven, independent, responsible working
Goal-oriented, independent working style
Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment
Work in a precise, careful and well-structured way
