Abbott Talent Acquisition Internship - Netherlands (fluent in Dutch & English) in Zwolle, Netherlands

For this internship, you will be part of our Talent Acquisition team. We are looking for an ambitious young professional with passion for recruitment but who also wants to learn more about the broader Talent Acquisition field capturing University Relations, Employer Branding and the importance of Diversity and Inclusion.

This is an assignment for at least 5-6 months. Ideally you can already start in September 2024.

What You'll Do:

  • Learning the full recruitment cycle: taking part in sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, and engaging with talent (of course, you can count on the help of the team)

  • Working closely and supporting hiring managers

  • Supporting our university relations projects and hiring

  • Working with different ATS systems (i.e., Workday, Phenom CRM)

  • Supporting employer branding activities

A little about you:

  • You are a Bachelor/Master student with a background in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Communication, or a related field.

  • You are passionate about Talent Acquisition

  • Being able to communicate with clarity and diplomacy

  • You have excellent communication; fluent in English AND Dutch - both verbal and written. Only English speakers won`t be considered for this role.

  • You are a team player with a hands-on mentality
